SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Annual Sponsorship
The West Virginia Association of School Administrators (WVASA) is currently seeking sponsors for the 2027 calendar year.
The linked files below outline the various sponsorship levels available and indicate the benefits available to sponsors at each level. If your company is not prepared to commit to an annual sponsorship at this time, you may continue to support WVASA by registering to support the Winter Conference in January as an exhibitor.
The WVASA has two major events each year, generally in January and June, as well as our monthly professional development trainings and meetings.
For reference, our meeting schedule is linked below and includes the dates of our Winter and Summer Conferences. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Susan Collins at slcoll101@msn.com. WVASA looks forward to your support and our continued collaboration.
Conference Sponsorship
The West Virginia Association of School Administrators is seeking sponsors who would like to reserve exhibit space at our annual Winter or Summer Conferences. WVASA is a statewide organization that has approximately 200 members consisting of county school superintendents; assistant superintendents; central office administrators; and State Department administrators; college professors, and retired school administrators.
The fee for conference sponsorship includes participation in all activities of the conference, including meals and meetings.
We feel sure that attendance at this conference will be valuable to your company. Conference attendees represent all West Virginia county school districts, plus regional and state educational entities.
Choose the appropriate level sponsorship in the sponsorship registration form or contact Susan for more details at slcoll101@msn.com.
